Welcome to Eastland Preparatory Academy. Eastland Preparatory Academy is a learning community which values high expectations for both academics and behavior. Eastland Preparatory Academy is staffed with certified teaching staff and classified/support staff.

Dr. Jill Blanchard, Superintendent
Dr. Jill Blanchard joined ACCEL Schools in 2020 with over 20 years of experience as a K-12 educator and school administrator. As Regional Vice President at ACCEL Schools, she oversees leadership development, instructional programming, operations, and strategic planning for multiple schools in Central Ohio. Dr. Blanchard’s instructional experience includes all content areas for elementary and middle school. Her administrative experience includes leadership of elementary, middle school, and high schools. She also has experience with career-technical education, residential treatment, mental health, special education compliance, curriculum and instruction, teacher coaching, and trauma-informed care. Dr. Blanchard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Social Science from Ohio University. She earned her Doctorate in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University.
