PUBLIC HEARING ON THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE SCHOOL TO EXCEED 2% TESTING LIMITATIONS PER R.C. 3301.0729 Senate Bill 3, effective March 16, 2017, limits the cumulative amount of time spent on the administration of state and school-wide assessments to 2% of the school year and limits the cumulative amount of time spent taking practice or diagnostic assessments used to prepare for state and school-wide assessments to 1% of the school year.
